Grown Woman Full Body Workout
Hello everyone. I hope you’re having a great day. I am. I just finished doing this new workout and now I feel amazing. Hope you will too. Are you ready to get your Grown woman workout on? I hope so. Here’s the breakdown.
10 each leg – Jump Lunges
10 each side – Plank Row w/Twist
10 – Ski abs
10 each leg – Skaters
25 – Knee Ups
15 each leg – Switch Kicks
You’ll need to complete three rounds of this routine, two to three times a week and add 30 minutes of cardio two to three times a week.
