  1. I am 27 and had a baby 4 years ago. I have been having a hard time getting back in shape. I I don’t havea any energy and I have been cut in my abdomen for a surgery so my.core is weak. I get discouraged because its really hard now.how can I get me core back

    1. Hi. I would suggest doing a few things. One is track your calorie intake and calories burn by using free online tools like myfitnesspal.com or livestrong.com Also add some weight training to build muscle and increase your metabolism. Muscle burns more calories than fat. Also add cardio. Don’t do the same cardio day after day. you want to switch it up to keep from plateauing. You can swim, or dance, or jog. Get on an elliptical machine, treadmill, stair stepper or bicycle. This should help.
