    1. Hi Paula. My cardio varies. I run, swim, do the elliptical or bike. I usually do cardio 30 minutes a day, seven days a week. The reason I do so much cardio is because I’m older and it’s a way to keep my metabolism moving. I’m 47 now so my metabolism isn’t what it use to be. someone much younger could get by with cardio 3 to 4 times a week with resistance training. Hope that helps. Thanks for stopping by.
