A couple of weeks ago the hubby and I went out for our bi-monthly date night. One of our favorite places to eat is Longhorn Steakhouse. The food is delicious and the service is always top-notch. Here are a few pics from our evening out. Enjoy.

Hi. I am a vegetarian. I’m 5’6″ and weigh between 132 to 137 depending on how clean I’m eating. I do cardio throughout the week. Sometimes running, swimming, the elliptical and I do a little yoga after my workout.
I have been having trouble on my eating habits I seem to eat all the right food but doing 30 to 40mins of working out and probably 20 mins of that time I do a lot of weight lifting I don’t see no changes in my body I really need help its getting to the point I just don’t care no more because I’m not seeing no results and I like soul food cooking but I eat in smaller portions and no fried food what’s so ever I just need some advice could you please help!!!! BTW I enjoy your workouts you are great and my motivation!!!!
