6 – Skater to Push Up
6 – High Knees to Roll to Commando Push Up
6 – Switch Kick to Mountain Climbers
4 each side – Plank w/3 Knee to Elbow
15 – MB Jump Squats
COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS
