  1. Do you take a fat burner how do you burn the fat and keep it off

    • No I do not take fat burners. I boost my metabolism by eating 6 small, healthy meals a day, as well as lots of cardio – 5 days a week and resistance training 2 days a week. All these things help keep the fat off. Hope this helps.
